Jura 10-year Highland Scotch
fresh lemon juice
(1:1 of local honey and water)
Caol Ila 12-year Islay Scotch
Muddle 4 slices of fresh ginger in a cocktail shaker and add Jura Scotch, lemon juice, and honey syrup. Shake to combine.
Pour Caol Ila into a chilled rocks glass and fine strain mixture over top.
Express a lemon peel over the drink and discard.
Serve over a large ice cube with a candied ginger garnish.
