Notes

“Pão de Queijo translates to ‘Cheese Bread,’ one of the most traditional and important foods in Brazil that originated in its early days. Pão de Queijo is commonly found in Churrascarias (Brazilian steak houses) here in the United States. The recipe comes from the Minas Gerais region, and it is the perfect complement to any meal or just a cup of coffee.”  – Lilian Correa, General Manager
