  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Coupe Glass

Ingredients
  

For Drink:

  • ¾ oz. PostModern Spirits giniferous gin
  • ¼ oz. Cappelletti aperitivo
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. raspberry syrup
  • Sparkling wine

For Garnish:

  • Lemon peel twist

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist.
