Southern Squeeze Blue Velvet Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
  

For the smoothie base:

  • cups frozen bananas
  • 1 oz. coconut water
  • ½ tsp. blue spirulina

For the topping:

  • 2 oz. puffed rice crispries
  • 2 oz. flax + hemp seed granola
  • 2 Tbsp. Southern Squeeze coconut granola
  • 2 oz. fresh berries of choice
  • 2 oz. frozen blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp. cashew butter
  • 4-6 swirls local honey

Instructions
 

  • Combine all base ingredients into a blender pitcher and blend on high, using a mixing baton to stir until smooth consistency. Scoop out the smoothie base into a bowl and add toppings.
