Ingredients

1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 sweet onion, diced
1 15-oz. can fire roasted tomatoes
4 cups chicken stock
1 cup chicken bone broth
11/2 cups barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
11/2 lbs. smoked pulled pork
11/2 cups frozen corn
11/2 cups frozen lima beans
2 cups okra, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a crockpot. Stir to combine, and cook on high for 6 hours.
