The Evans' Brunswick Stew
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 1 15-oz. can fire roasted tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup chicken bone broth
- 11/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- ΒΌ tsp. cayenne pepper
- 11/2 lbs. smoked pulled pork
- 11/2 cups frozen corn
- 11/2 cups frozen lima beans
- 2 cups okra, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a crockpot. Stir to combine, and cook on high for 6 hours.
