“Teresa Dugger, known as ‘Mimi’ to the grandkids, is a retired professional chef but has remained the chef of our family. After switching to a vegan diet in 2005, she was determined to create vegan substitutes for every favorite dish without sacrificing flavor. On Christmas morning of 2012, she brought over a container of ‘sausage patties’ for the family to try out. It became an instant favorite and is now a breakfast staple for the whole Dugger family!
