Gimme the Blues

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Gate 11 Infame Blanche Absinthe
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. house-made lavender syrup
  • 1 oz. house-made blueberry syrup
  • Mineral water

Directions

Add absinthe, lemon juice, and syrups to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine. Pour into a wine glass and top with mineral water. Garnish with skewered blueberries and a basil leaf.

  • Cocktail shaker

Ingredients
  

For drink:

  • 4 blueberries
  • 1 basil leaf
