Ingredients
  

For drink:

  • 1 oz. Gate 11 Infame Blanche Absinthe
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. house-made lavender syrup
  • 1 oz. house-made blueberry syrup
  • Mineral water

For garnish:

  • 4 blueberries
  • 1 basil leaf

Instructions
 

  • Add absinthe, lemon juice, and syrups to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake to combine.
  • Pour into a wine glass and top with mineral water.
  • Garnish with skewered blueberries and a basil leaf.
