Ladolemono Marinade Recipe

Course Sauce
Cuisine Greek

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 4 garlic cloves, roasted or minced
  • 1 Tbsp. dried oregano or fresh dill, minced
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • black pepper, freshly ground, to taste
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, preferably Greek

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients aside from the olive oil in a large bowl or blender.
  • While whisking briskly, slowly stream in olive oil to emulsify.

Notes

Marinade can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Shake before using.
