A custom creation by Executive Chef Watanabe, the Coolidge Plate brings an appetizing assortment of colors, tastes, and textures to the table. At the center is a fresh cut of Ahi Tuna served on a dollop of rice and topped with Flying Fish eggs. This is surrounded by an inner ring of cool and flavorful Miami Rolls, made with crispy asparagus and plump shrimp, and an outer ring of fried Blue Ridge Rolls, made from fresh Walu, crawfish, and avocado, and drizzled with Siracha sauce for some extra heat.
