“Truffle and potatoes go perfectly together, whether it’s with mashed potatoes, roasted potatoes, fries, you name it. We chose to pair it with fries in this application because it makes a great appetizer or side, and each bite has a combination of flavors that are bold but don’t overpower each other.”  – Troy Sutton

Cuisine American

  • 15 oz. cooked French fries (we use a waffle cut because it holds the ingredients better than a standard fry)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. white truffle oil
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • Course sea salt, to taste

  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl, and adjust to taste. Serve with sauce of your choice – we currently use garlic aioli.
