Truffle Fries

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz. cooked French fries (we use a waffle cut because it holds the ingredients better than a standard fry)
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. white truffle oil
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • Course sea salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl, and adjust to taste. Serve with sauce of your choice – we currently use garlic aioli.
