cooked French fries (we use a waffle cut because it holds the ingredients better than a standard fry)

minced garlic

parmesan cheese, shredded

white truffle oil

parsley, chopped
Course sea salt, to taste
Instructions
Toss all ingredients in a bowl, and adjust to taste. Serve with sauce of your choice – we currently use garlic aioli.
