In a cocktail shaker, add whiskey, aperitivo, simple syrup, and half of the lemon juice over ice and shake for 30 seconds to combine.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Dry shake (without ice) egg white and remaining lemon juice and strain into the glass.
This should give you a nice creamy layer for your garnish.
To garnish, dip a straw into a reserve of blue curaƧao and place your finger on the top of the straw to capture the liquid.
Slowly release onto the top of the drink, creating a blue rectangle.
Repeat the process using a reserve of aperitivo, this time drawing lines to complete your flag design.
