Chocolate & Fruit Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • 1 large banana sliced into thin coins
  • ¼ cup sugar-free nut butter almond or peanut
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt substitute with dairy-free option if needed
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup granola
  • ¼ cup cocoa nibs optional
  • Dark chocolate for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare fruit. Slightly warm the nut butter for 10-15 seconds in the microwave so it drizzles easily.
  • Place the following portions of the ingredients evenly into four tall glasses: ¼ cup yogurt, sprinkle of orange zest (a pinch per glass), 2 tbsp. granola, light sprinkle of cocoa nibs (optional), small handful of strawberries + blueberries, banana slices (about ⅔ of the banana per layer), 1 tbsp. nut butter drizzle
  • Repeat this exact layering once more. You should have two distinct, beautiful layers.
  • Garnish with dark chocolate and any extra dry ingredients to your liking. Enjoy!
