Ingredients

unsalted butter

cup
milk
1
cup
all-purpose flour
Pinch of salt
1
tsp.
vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Powdered sugar, maple syrup, berries, bananas, or other topping of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Add butter to a 9x13 pan and place in the oven while preheating until the butter is melted.
Using a blender, blend the eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until ingredients have combined.
Pour batter into the baking dish over the butter (do not mix). Bake for 24-26 minutes. Edges should be golden brown and fluffy.
Cut and serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and fruit or toppings of choice.
