Dutch Baby Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • Powdered sugar, maple syrup, berries, bananas, or other topping of choice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°.
  • Add butter to a 9x13 pan and place in the oven while preheating until the butter is melted.
  • Using a blender, blend the eggs, milk, flour, salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until ingredients have combined.
  • Pour batter into the baking dish over the butter (do not mix). Bake for 24-26 minutes. Edges should be golden brown and fluffy.
  • Cut and serve with powdered sugar, maple syrup, and fruit or toppings of choice.
