Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 oz. Broker’s Gin
  • 0.75 oz. dry Curaçao
  • 0.75 oz. crème de violette
  • 0.75 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 0.5 oz. Empress Gin

Instructions
 

  • Add Broker’s Gin, dry Curaçao, crème de violette, lemon juice, and egg white to a cocktail shaker, and dry shake for 20 seconds.
  • Add ice, and wet shake for another 20 seconds. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass, and top with an Empress Gin floater.
