Ingredients
  

For drink:

  • 1 oz. Lo-Fi Gentian Amaro
  • ½ oz. Wheatley vodka
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 3 oz. Fever-Tree tonic water

For garnish:

  • Orange peel twist

Instructions
 

  • Add Gentian Amaro, vodka, and bitters to a wine glass.
  • Fill with ice and top with tonic water.
  • Stir to combine and garnish with an orange twist.
