Hello Monty's Miso Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. butter, softened
  • 11/2 oz. red miso paste 
  • 1/2 oz. rice wine vinegar 
  • Zest of 1 lemon 
  • 1 oz. garlic, roasted
  • 1 Tbsp. white pepper 
  • 1 Tbsp. Aji-No-Mot

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
    Tip: To liquefy this butter, add water and whisk over low heat. Make sure you don’t overheat.
