Instructions
To make the fermented honey butter, begin by dropping the garlic cloves into the honey.
Allow the mixture to ferment by storing it at room temperature in a dark or shaded place for at least 1 month.
Then, add your butter to a mixer, and whip it together with a ΒΌ cup of the fermented honey butter. Refrigerate to store.
Tip:
Serve this butter with a sprinkle of flaky salt to enhance the flavor.
