Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz. London Hill gin
  • 0.5 oz. yuzu lemongrass sour mix
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers peach bitters
  • 0.25 oz. Giffard Crème de Cassis
  • Brut sparkling wine for topping
  • Edible orchid for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing tin, combine first four ingredients. Shake with fresh ice for 15-20 seconds.
  • Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with Brut sparkling wine and garnish with an edible orchid.
