Ingredients

chicken, shredded

cheddar cheese, shredded
1
cup
green chiles, diced
Flour tortillas
2
cans cream of chicken soup
½
cup
sour cream
Instructions
For the filling, mix shredded chicken, cheese, and half of the green chiles.
Distribute filling mixture evenly between tortillas and roll like them up like burritos.
For the sauce, combine cream of chicken, sour cream, and remaining green chiles. Pour half of this sauce in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Layer enchiladas atop the sauce in the dish. Pour remaining sauce on top and sprinkle with additional cheese.
Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and toasted.
