unsalted butter, softened

anchovy paste

lemon zest
Juice of 1 lemon

Tbsp.
fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

cayenne pepper

tsp.
smoked paprika

small garlic cloves, finely grated

Creole seasoning

Tbsp.
Crystal Hot Sauce

kosher salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Using an electric mixer beat the butter mixture until well combined. Set aside.
Spread butter on a piece of wax paper. Roll it into a log and refrigerate until cold. Keep refrigerated for seven days or freeze for later use.
