Ingredients
  

  • 0.75 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
  • 0.75 oz. Amaro Montenegro
  • 0.5 oz. Yuzu Late Harvest Dry Curaçao
  • 0.5 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Prosecco, for topping
  • 1 lemon twist or lemon coin, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except for prosecco to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds to combine. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and top with a splash of prosecco. Garnish with a lemon twist or coin.
