rice flour

kosher salt

your choice of mushrooms (cremini and shiitake are recommended), halved

tsp.
truffle oil
Instructions
Combine rice flour and salt in a bowl. Add water until you get a pancake batter consistency.
Add mushrooms, and mix until mushrooms are coated. Fry at 350°.
As the crust sets, gently separate and cook until crispy.
Add truffle oil to a large bowl, and toss cooked mushrooms to coat. Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
